Time to break out the tools and start wrenching. We removed all the screws from the seats and backs so we could access the bolts easier. We donated the seats to the guy we bought the bus from. He ran a charter bus company so he always needed replacements.
Now that the seats are out it was time to rip up the floor. We found that this assortment of pry-bars worked the best.
Once the floor was out we cleaned it up the best we could to assess any rust spots. The metal box with hoses attached is the floor heater. I will get to how we removed that later.
